About VM360° · Kurt Van Synghel
Practical experience.
Structure for your change.
I'm Kurt Van Synghel. With VM360° I guide organisations through complex relocation projects and changes to their working environment.
More than twenty-five years of practical experience has taught me where the difference is made: in preparation, decision-making and cooperation between all parties involved.
Why VM360° exists
A relocation affects
an entire organisation.
A new location brings many decisions together. Which departments go first? Is the new environment ready for use? What does the transition mean for employees, suppliers and daily services?
During my career I saw how much implementation depends on what was previously agreed. A missing inventory, an unclear responsibility or a technical service involved too late may only become visible on the moving day. Then the room for adjustment is limited.
Based on that experience, I am developing VM360° as an independent consultancy practice for professional relocation management and Workplace Transformation. I help organisations to understand their project in advance, ask the right questions and carefully prepare the implementation.
I look beyond the relocation itself: at people and work processes, the readiness of the new building and the completion of the old location.
This is how I work
What you can expect from me
Independent advice
Your organisation and your objectives are the starting point. I help define assignments, compare proposals and substantiate choices. You decide which implementing partners you work with.
Personally involved
You work directly with me. I bring the right people to the table, record agreements and make visible what actions and decisions are needed.
Preparation with depth
An inventory, planning or cost estimate never stands alone. I look at how people, processes, buildings and technology influence each other.
Attention to daily operations
The preparation takes into account what must continue to function. From services and research to the availability of workplaces, equipment and information.
Experience in a variety of environments
Special attention to
hospitals and laboratories.
My experience includes offices, healthcare institutions, laboratories, education, libraries, archives and industrial and logistics environments. Each sector has its own questions and agreements.
Many dependencies come together in hospitals and laboratories: critical activities, specialist equipment, technical facilities and the conditions for recommissioning. This is precisely where coordination between users, technical services and implementing partners is essential.
I organise that coherence. Medical, technical and quality-related decisions remain with the competent experts and responsible persons.

The VM360° methodology bundles my practical experience into a coherent approach. The manual makes the connection between analysis, project organisation, implementation and evaluation.
It is a working basis for concrete questions and decisions. What information is missing? Who should be involved? What conditions need to be confirmed before the next phase starts?
