TroudyWeb.be is the controller for the personal data processed via this website. We will adjust this information if the operator changes.

When you contact us

The form asks for your name, organisation, email address, subject and project description. Phone number and timing are optional. If you come via a sector or reference, that context can be sent; this is shown with the form.

This information serves to answer your question and to prepare a possible assignment. We rely on that preparation to take steps at your request with a view to an agreement. For other business questions, we rely on the legitimate interest to handle relevant correspondence. The form does not register you for a newsletter.

The required fields are necessary to understand your question and provide you with an answer. The form cannot be sent without this information. You can also email directly.

Do not include patient information, medical information, passwords, or confidential file information in your first message.

Message delivery, hosting and security

The contact form sends your message via our web hosting to info@verhuismanagement.be. The message is not stored in a database of this website; After sending it ends up in the mailbox.

We use Combell for web hosting and e-mail. Combell processes the data necessary to make the website and the e-mail service work. The data is accessible to people who handle your question and to technical service providers to the extent necessary for their services. For the exact storage locations, possible transfers outside the European Economic Area and the retention periods of technical logs and backups, we request confirmation of the agreements for our hosting package.

To protect against misuse, the form temporarily processes timestamps and a daily changing hash of the IP address. That registration does not contain any message content. Only attempts from the past hour count; older entries will be deleted on the next valid attempt. Hosting and mail servers can also keep technical logs.

How long do we keep data?

We will delete contact questions that do not lead to an assignment no later than 12 months after the last contact. If a question leads to an assignment, we keep the relevant correspondence for as long as it is necessary for the execution and follow-up of the assignment. We retain data that remains necessary due to a legal retention obligation or for a specific dispute for that purpose for as long as that obligation or necessity exists. This 12-month period applies to our active correspondence; the terms for technical logs and backups at Combell are confirmed separately.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the processing, you can also request restriction or portability and object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest. Legal obligations may limit the execution of a request.

Send your request to the email address above. When necessary, we request additional information to appropriately verify your identity. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
