VM360° — Professional relocation management

The VM360° methodology

See the whole picture.
Keep every element connected.

A move affects people, buildings, technology and daily processes. VM360° brings these components together in one clear project approach.

From the first question to commissioning: we make visible what is needed, who is responsible for what and which decisions are pending.

Why 360°?

A change never stands alone.

A later building handover may have consequences for ICT, suppliers, personnel planning and communication. We identify these dependencies, assess the consequences and present choices to the appropriate responsible parties.

From analysis to actionable choices

Budget and planning grow together.

An inventory, chosen scenario and the readiness of the building form the basis for the budget for the moving costs. We make assumptions, included performance and uncertainties visible before execution is committed.

When a change is made, we examine the impact on costs, timing and continuity. This way, the client can make a substantiated decision.

What is really moving?

Volume, treatment, equipment and destination determine which resources and partners are needed.

What needs to be done first?

Access, workplaces, ICT and any releases are conditions for the planned transition.

What happens to what is left behind?

Reuse, donations, disposal and handover of the old location are given a place in the project.

Concrete in your project

Overview that helps you decide.

We agree in advance what guidance and documents your project needs. The methodology supports your organisation with useful agreements and up-to-date follow-up.

Special attention to care and research

Same structure. Other conditions.

In hospitals and laboratories, a transition requires close coordination with care teams, researchers, technical services and specialised suppliers. Continuity, equipment, hygiene and phased commissioning help determine the approach.

VM360° connects the parties involved and follows up on their agreements. Technical checks, validations and releases remain with the competent specialists.

Frequently asked questions

Does every project go through all twelve building blocks?

The building blocks help to assess the whole. The depth and guidance depend on the size, complexity and available preparation. We determine together which parts fall within the assignment.

Do we always have to start with the first building block?

No. Even in an ongoing project, we look at what is already available, what agreements have been made and where support is needed. From there we connect.

Does VM360° carry out the physical move itself?

VM360° offers independent move management and project coordination. The physical move and specialised work is carried out by the agreed implementing partners.

Who makes the final decisions?

The client and authorized persons decide within the agreed project structure. VM360° prepares choices, makes consequences visible and follows up on the decisions taken.
