Planning & phasing

The correct order.
A feasible transition.

A moving date only becomes meaningful when it is clear what must precede it.

VM360° connects activities, people and resources in one coherent plan. We make it visible who prepares what, what conditions apply and where a delay has consequences for the next step.

The strategy before detailed planning

First know what is possible.

The scope, relocation study, building readiness and risk analysis form the basis. We test the desired timing against the available information and record assumptions. Budget and capacity also determine which phasing is feasible.

From the VM360° manual

Four levels. One coherent plan.

01

Master planning

The entire project in pictures

Milestones from analysis and partner selection to building readiness, relocation, commissioning and evaluation. A common overview for client and project team.

02

Phase planning

Make each phase executable

We work out the preparation, inventory, moving and aftercare separately. For each phase we record what must be ready and who is responsible for it.

03

Operational planning

Concrete agreements for implementation

Together with the implementing partners, we coordinate occupancy, resources, routes, loading and unloading times and daily assignments.

04

Detailed planning

Extra precision where necessary

Critical activities such as IT migrations, laboratory equipment, archives or production installations are given their own planning with the specialists involved.

Phasing based on your operation

Not everything has to happen
at the same time.

The order follows your organisation. Which services should remain available? Which teams or equipment depend on each other? Which spaces can already be used and where are temporary solutions needed?

We compare scenarios on timing, resources, expected costs and impact on daily operations. The chosen phasing is translated into concrete agreements.

Hospitals & healthcare

Departments, care processes and support services together determine the order. Routes, technical facilities and available support are coordinated in advance.

Laboratories & pharma

Research planning, preparation of equipment and agreements about testing, calibration or validation are included with the specialists involved.

What you get

A working basis for
consultation and implementation.

We tailor the size and detail to your assignment. The planning remains an up-to-date working document that makes changes and decisions visible.

A conscious starting decision

Go or no-go.
Based on confirmed conditions.

Before a relocation phase, we bring together the status of building readiness, IT, safety agreements, available resources and employee communication. Outstanding points are discussed with the responsible persons involved.

The client makes the starting decision. VM360° prepares the overview and discusses the consequences of postponement, adjustment or a phased start.

Frequently asked questions

Our moving date has already been fixed. Can you still help?

Yes. We assess the remaining preparation against that date and make visible which conditions, dependencies or capacity questions require attention. Where necessary, we will discuss an adjusted phasing.

Who makes the daily planning of the moving team?

We will coordinate this with the implementing partner. VM360° connects its operational planning with the broader project planning and agreements of your organisation.

Does the planning also take costs into account?

Yes. Phasing, use of resources and changes have financial consequences. We discuss the assumptions and impact, so that the client can make a timely decision.

Are employees and suppliers kept informed?

Communication agreements are part of the preparation. We determine who needs what information, at what time and who reports changes.

The next step

Planning works when everyone knows what to do.

Connect the project planning with clear communication, labelling and moving instructions.
