VM360° — Professional relocation management
Let’s talk →

Circular clearance

A new destination.
Also for what remains behind.

The move is only a completed process when the old location has also been carefully transferred.

VM360° brings structure to the inventory, repurposing and disposal of goods. We connect the possibilities for reuse with your planning, budget and agreements about building handover.

Maintaining value starts with preparation

Even an empty building needs coordination.

Furniture, archives, IT equipment, machines and furnishings each require their own decision. By taking inventory and recording destinations in a timely manner, we prevent everything from having to be sorted out just before the handover date.

From inventory to transfer

Four steps to a manageable handover.

01

Inventory

Knowing what is left behind

We register goods, locations, state and possible destinations. Photos and clear identification support decision-making.

02

Destination

Record choices

Together with your managers, we determine what will be retained, reused or given a different purpose.

03

Organise

Aligning people and flows

We connect collection, transfer and disposal with the moving phases, available routes and handover date.

04

Deliver

Complete agreements verifiably

We monitor remaining items, transfers and available supporting documents and prepare the handover overview.

The circular approach

Explore reuse
before planning disposal.

The manual starts from conservation and internal reuse, followed by external repurposing, donations to NGOs, associations and schools, or sale. What is not suitable for this purpose is assessed for separate processing and disposal.

We look at what is practically feasible. Is the recipient known? Who arranges the transport? When can the transfer take place? What information is needed to confirm the destination?

The client decides on the goods. VM360° prepares the overview and coordinates the implementation with the parties involved.

Furniture and fittings

Condition, quantities, dimensions and deployability help determine what fits in the new environment or can be used elsewhere. Repurposing will be given a place in the planning.

Archives, IT and special materials

For confidential information, data carriers and materials with specific conditions, we make agreements with those responsible and suitable implementing partners. Release and treatment are coordinated in advance.

Donations and social repurposing

What you no longer need,
may still be of value elsewhere.

Usable furniture and materials can be given a new purpose at NGOs, associations and schools. We include this as a concrete process within clearance management, with clear agreements about availability, suitability and collection.

Select goods

We map numbers, condition and relevant characteristics. The client determines which goods are available for donation.

Tune receivers

We coordinate the needs and practical possibilities with the organisations involved. Allocation, contact persons and collection times are recorded.

Register transfer

We monitor which goods are transferred to whom and collect the agreed confirmations. This way, destination and progress remain traceable.

An internal pop-up sale or an external auction can also be investigated. We tailor these options to your policy, the available time and the other flows of goods.

What you get

Overview of goods,
destinations and actions.

We tailor the scope of registration and reporting to your assignment. The starting point is that it remains clear what decision has been made and what still needs to be done.

The old and new locations connected

Handover based on
clear agreements.

We bring together the handover conditions and deadline you provide with the planned work. What needs to be removed? What remains present? Who carries out cleaning, repair or technical work?

We monitor progress with the owner, building manager and implementing partners, to the extent that this falls within the assignment. Remaining points are allocated to a responsible person and agreed upon.

Frequently asked questions

When do we start clearance management?

Preferably during the inventory and relocation study. This gives time to investigate reuse, find recipients and coordinate work with the move and handover.

Does VM360° carry out the evacuation itself?

VM360° guides the preparation and coordination. The actual clearance, processing and any technical work are carried out by the chosen partners.

Can material be sold or donated?

Yes, donations to NGOs, associations and schools are being examined as possible repurposing. The client determines what is available and approves the destination. Agreements regarding condition, transfer, collection and any proceeds are recorded in advance.

What about material from a hospital or laboratory?

We coordinate with the technical, healthcare or laboratory managers involved. Goods with specific conditions are only scheduled when agreements about release, preparation and handling are clear.

Can you also coordinate a standalone clearance?

Yes. We discuss the location, inventory, timing and handover conditions to define the assignment and required partners.

The next step

The last remaining points also deserve follow-up.

Connect building handover with aftercare, transfer and evaluation of the entire project.
