An additional department, a later handover or a changed IT planning often affects multiple parties. We record the change, discuss the consequences for costs and timing and bring the necessary decision to the client.
You remain the owner of the project and decide on budget, priorities and commissioning. VM360° prepares these decisions and follows up on the agreements made.

Frequently asked questions
Does VM360° work with our own suppliers?
Yes. We coordinate with your internal teams and chosen contractors, such as the moving partner, IT department, interior architect and building manager. We determine the assignment and responsibilities in advance.
Can we only have the implementation phase supervised?
That can be discussed. We first look at what preparation is available and which outstanding points still influence responsible implementation.
Does VM360° also monitor moving costs?
We bring together the cost estimate, agreed performance and proposed changes. Additional costs and their impact are submitted to the client.
What if our building is not ready yet?
We make the dependencies and open conditions visible. We discuss with the responsible parties what actions or adjustments to the phasing are necessary.
