Planning & work order
We monitor moving zones, time windows, loading and unloading activities and critical activities.
On-site move support
During implementation, people, suppliers and planning come together. VM360° keeps an overview and helps to follow the agreed approach on the work floor.
If desired, we are present on location, during the agreed moving days or critical moments. We coordinate progress, identify deviations and bring decisions to the right person in charge.
Preparation as a starting point
Before the start we discuss the current planning, moving instructions, availability of spaces and agreed conditions for implementation. Contact persons, escalation agreements and points of interest must also be known. Outstanding conditions will be submitted before the relevant work starts.
Present where coordination is needed
We monitor moving zones, time windows, loading and unloading activities and critical activities.
Moving teams, IT, technicians, technical services and cleaning coordinate their activities.
We monitor whether labels and zoning plans are clear and whether goods end up at the agreed location.
We identify blocked routes, missing protection and deviations from the agreed security measures.
Unexpected volumes, delays or unavailable spaces are recorded and submitted to the appropriate person.
Completed tasks, remaining points and points of attention for the next phase remain visible in the reporting.
Dealing with unexpected situations
A lift breaks down, a delivery is delayed or a room appears to still be occupied. We map out the consequences for the teams involved and the planning and discuss possible adjustments.
Decisions about additional performance, costs or a changed sequence follow the pre-defined authorities. The parties involved will receive the same updated information.
Also keep the cost impact visible →What deviates, which activities are affected and how urgent is a decision?
Which solution is feasible and who should review or approve it?
We register the decision, inform those involved and follow up on the agreed action.
What do you receive?
We tailor attendance, reporting and consultation moments to your project in advance. When moving across multiple locations, we also determine where guidance is needed and how the other locations will provide feedback.
Hospitals and laboratories
In healthcare and research environments, we connect implementation planning with the agreements of healthcare teams, researchers, technical services and specialised suppliers. Consider available routes, agreed hygiene measures, equipment and phased commissioning.
Technical interventions, validations and releases are carried out by the authorized specialists. We follow up their planning and feedback within the relocation project.
The last moving day
Together with the teams involved, we monitor whether goods are at the agreed destination and what corrections are still needed.
Freeing up spaces, removing temporary protection and transferring keys and accesses are followed as agreed.
Outstanding actions receive a responsible and follow-up appointment. In this way, the implementation is linked to the aftercare.
More about aftercare & evaluation →We will agree on this in advance. Guidance can be provided during entire moving days, certain phases or critical moments. Locations, hours and accessibility are recorded in the assignment.
The physical move is done by the implementing partners. VM360° focuses on coordination, progress, communication and follow-up of agreements.
We first look at what planning, inventory, instructions and project agreements are available. Based on this, we determine what preparation is still needed to provide meaningful guidance.
We record in advance which decisions can be made on the work floor and when the client or a specialist must be involved. Deviations and decisions are registered.
We identify and register the determination and report it to the responsible parties. Further actions follow the agreed reporting and emergency procedures. Assessment and handling remain with the competent parties.
