Aftercare & evaluation

Everything is in its place.
Does it also work for everyone?

The first working day is a new project phase. With your own questions, checks and agreements.

VM360° helps your organisation guide the commissioning, bundle notifications and track outstanding items. We make it clear what has been completed, what still requires attention and who will take care of further handling.

Organise in advance

Aftercare starts before the move.

We agree in advance what support is available, how long the aftercare lasts and who will follow up on reports. The efforts of your teams and implementing partners are included in the planning. This way, it remains clear where responsibility lies, even after the move.

From commissioning to handover

Four steps for careful completion.

01

Commissioning

Supervise the first working days

We coordinate with users and managers about workplaces, access, facilities and practical support.

02

Handover check

Document findings

We monitor the agreed performance: placement, completeness, condition of spaces and materials, temporary facilities and outstanding points.

03

Follow up on remaining points

From notification to handling

Each action is given a description, person responsible, priority and target date. We keep progress and feedback visible.

04

Evaluation & transfer

Finish and learn

We discuss results and collaboration, record points for improvement and transfer the remaining agreements to the daily organisation.

Remaining points without loose ends

Every reported issue needs
an owner and follow-up.

A missing part, an incorrect placement or a practical question can affect several parties. We collect reports in a joint overview and coordinate who will provide the solution.

The impact on operation determines the priority. A point that hinders a critical activity requires a different follow-up than a finishing that can be done later. We agree when a point is considered resolved and who confirms this.

Register and assign

Description, location, reporter, person responsible, priority and target date make the remaining point concrete. Where useful, photos or other findings support follow-up.

Follow up and feedback

We discuss the status with the party involved and keep the organisation informed. Unrounded points are explicitly included in the transfer.

What you get

A clear overview
of project completion.

We tailor the documents and consultation moments to the assignment. The goal is a useful transfer to your own organisation, with insight into results and remaining actions.

Evaluation of the entire process

What worked well?
What are we taking with us?

We compare progress with the agreed objectives. How did preparation and implementation proceed? What discrepancies were there in timing or costs? Was the information useful and were responsibilities clear?

Feedback from client, users and project partners helps to identify concrete points for improvement. Positive working methods are also mentioned, so that they can be applied again in the next phase or project.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the aftercare last?

That depends on the size, phasing and complexity of your project. We determine in advance which period, support and consultation moments fall within the assignment.

Does VM360° perform repairs itself?

VM360° coordinates and follows up. Repairs, technical interventions or additional moves are carried out by the responsible or agreed partners.

What happens to damage assessments?

We register the determination and report it to the parties involved. Further assessment and handling follow the agreements made and applicable procedures.

When do we close the project?

When the agreed performance has been assessed and the completion or transfer of remaining points has been clearly recorded. The client decides on acceptance within the project agreements.

Can aftercare also be agreed separately?

We look at what information, agreements and outstanding points are available. On this basis we determine whether a separate assignment for follow-up or evaluation is useful.

Complete your project carefully
